建昌县开展消防安全隐患自检自查活动_我的网站

一 |     为坚决消除各类火灾隐患，防范火灾事故发生，建昌县消防安全委员会日前发布公告，明确要求全县从事生产经营活动的单位（包含个体工商户）开展消防安全隐患自检自查活动。

二 |          　　要求各单位要严格落实消防安全主体责任，自觉提高消防安全防范意识，一旦发生火灾要及时拨打火警电话119，按灭火应急预案实施扑救初起火灾、引导人员疏散和自救逃生。    New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday released the 12th instalment amount of Rs 16,000 crore to eligible farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) through Direct Benefit Transfer.

He inaugurated a two-day event 'PM Kisan Samman Sammelan' at Indian Agricultural Research Institute.

Addressing the gathering, the prime minister said, "I congratulate the farmers and their family members for having received the 12th installment today under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi through Direct Benefit Transfer ahead of Deepawali."

Under the scheme, eligible farmer families are provided a benefit of Rs 6000 per year in three equal instalments of Rs 2,000 each.

So far, eligible farmer families have received benefits of more than Rs 2 lakh crore under PM-KISAN.

The Prime Minister termed the scheme a transformational initiative.

During the event, Modi also inaugurated 600 Pradan Mantri Kisan Samruddhi Kendras (PMKSK) under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.

Under the scheme, the fertilizer retail shops in the country will be converted into Pradan Mantri Kisan Samruddhi Kendras in a phased manner.

Pradan Mantri Kisan Samruddhi Kendras will cater to a wide variety of needs of the farmers and provide agri-inputs (fertilizers, seeds, implements); testing facilities for soil, seeds, fertilizers; generate awareness among farmers; provide information regarding various government schemes and ensure regular capacity building of retailers at block and district level outlets, the PMO said.

More than 3 lakh retail fertilizer shops are planned to be converted into PMKSK.

"From today, the work will start to convert over 3.15 lakh fertilizer shops into Pradhan Mantri Samruddhi Kendras. These Kendras will be a one stop solution catering to all requirements of our annadatas," the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister also launched Bharat Urea Bags, which will help companies market fertilizers under the single brand name Bharat.

"Through One Nation One Fertilizer, urea will now be available under one brand name - Bharat. This will ensure farmers do not undergo confusion and there is consistency in the quality of fertilizers," the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister also inaugurated the Agri Startup Conclave and Exhibition.



About 300 startups will showcase their innovation related to Precision Farming, Post-Harvest and Value Add Solutions, Allied Agriculture, Waste to Wealth, Mechanisation for Small Farmers, Supply Chain Management, Argi-Logistic, among others.

The platform would facilitate startups to interact with farmers, FPOs, agri-experts, corporates etc. Startups will also share their experience and interact with other stakeholders in technical sessions.

During the event, Modi also launched ‘Indian Edge’, an e-magazine on fertilizer.

It will provide information on domestic and international fertilizer scenarios, including recent developments, price trends analysis, availability and consumption, success stories of farmers, among others.

UNI ASU SY。单位主要负责人是消防安全第一责任人，要认真履行消防安全职责，建立健全消防安全管理制度，制定灭火应急疏散预案，组织员工开展消防安全培训和应急演练。

三 | 确保单位消防设施器材完好有效，严禁损坏、挪用或者擅自拆除、停用消防设施、器材，严禁埋压、圈占、遮挡消火栓；设有自动消防设施的单位要按时开展维护保养和检测，确保自动消防设施运行正常，并严格落实消防控制室持证上岗值班制度。严禁违规动火作业，必须严格履行动火审批制度并报备，动火操作人员要持证上岗且落实人员现场看护，并做好现场安全防范措施。

四 | 严禁在室内停放电动自行车（蓄电池）或充电；严禁私拉乱接电气设备、电线；严禁违规使用大功率电器；严禁将开关、插座敷设在易燃可燃材料上。明敷电缆、电线要穿管保护，照明灯具与可燃物要保持安全距离，采取隔热、散热措施。

五 | 保障生命通道畅通，严禁将商品、货物、手推车等摆放于安全出口和疏散通道、严禁占用、堵塞安全出口和疏散通；不得在外墙门窗上设置影响人员逃生和灭火救援的防盗网、铁栅栏、广告牌等障碍物。加强消防车道管理，严禁堵塞、占用消防车道和消防车扑救场地。

六 | 严禁违规储存、销售、使用液化气等易燃易爆物品，严禁违规使用明火。严禁在室内设置隔层用作包房、宿舍、库房等使用，禁止人员违规住宿。严禁使用易燃可燃材料进行装修；严禁使用易燃可燃夹芯彩钢板材料搭建临时建构筑物；严禁冷库保温层采用易燃可燃材料。         　　要求各单位在自检自查中发现的隐患问题要建立隐患清单台账，确定整改责任人，制定整改措施、明确整改时限，逐条整改到位；对一时难以整改的，要采取专人死看死守措施，直至隐患整改完毕。若在工作中发现存在未认真履行消防安全主体责任，未及时整改消除隐患问题的，有关部门将依法依规予以严肃处理。
